<li>Write on a journal. Write down all the things that you know about <a href="http://www.howtoimproveconfidence.com" target="_blank">self confidence</a>. Moreover, write down as well the things that stop you from having self-esteem. If this technique does not work for you, don&rsquo;t be defeated and try another one. </li>
<li>Evaluate yourself. Honestly assess your work, your lifestyle, and your behavior about your daily routine.</li>
<li>Accept your weaknesses. Embrace it. Without your flaw, you will never be as unique as everybody else. Do not compare yourself to someone who is more successful than you and never self-pity.</li>

In addition, there is the problem of how to define happiness. There are probably as many definitions of happiness as there are people desiring the same. This plethora of conflicting definitions only complicates matters. If my definition of happiness comes at your expense, who wins? Into this maelstrom, comes the <a title="law of attraction" href="http://www.whitedovebooks.co.uk/bookstore-index.htm" target="_blank">law of attraction</a>.</p>
<p>The <a title="law of attraction" href="http://www.whitedovebooks.co.uk/bookstore-index.htm" target="_blank">law of attraction</a> is an ancient concept that say like is drawn to like and wish to need. It is a concept that is closlly related to the ideas of karma and the grace. Karma is the idea that bad actions will bring about bad results and good actions will bring about good results. Grace is the idea that inate good actions will spawn further good in other who feel their effects. Hence, the interrelatedness of both of these ides in the concept behind the law of attraction.</p>
<p>Additionally, an element of the <a title="law of attraction" href="http://www.whitedovebooks.co.uk/bookstore-index.htm" target="_blank">law of attraction</a> can also be seen in the pagan concept of the law of three. The law of three states that if someone uses their powers to hurt of injure another, that hurt or injury will return to the person who caused it threefold. In this way, the law of three can be seen as operating as sort of an inverse law of attraction.</p>
<p>In the recent past, the law of attraction has been interpreted by some as a way of manifesting physical success. In other words, those who believe this interpretation feel that they can manifest money, fame and power by invoking the law. Obviously though, this is simply a manifestation of the insidious nature of our material culture. It may be suggested that those who attempt to use the law of attraction in this way may find themselves looking at the business end of the law of three.</p></p>

<p>You must be specific in your passions, then you must focus all your efforts on that particular desire.</p>
<p>Some people don&#8217;t really know what they want. For one moment they&#8217;re excited over a particular thing or endeavor. The next thing you know they completely abandon it; either because they lose their interest or because they give up when they encounter a little problem. Those who constantly change their minds and those who give up easily when the going gets tough will never get anywhere. They have not experienced a <a href="http://www.spiritualawakeningjourney.com/">spiritual awakening</a>. Maybe at this moment, you are a little bit confused. You don&#8217;t seem to know what you really want in life. You might want to consider these to start your <a href="http://www.spiritualawakeningjourney.com/">spiritual journey</a>:</p>
<p>1. What makes your heart beat with excitement?</p>
<p>2. What makes you happy?</p>
<p>3. What are you consistently thinking of day &amp; night?</p>
<p>4. What do you want to do for the rest of your life?</p>
<p>5. What do you enjoy doing?</p>
<p>6. What are your obsessions?</p>
<p>7. What things make you jump with joy?</p>
<p>To help you out, just follow these steps.</p>
<p>1. Write on a piece of paper all your possible answers for the seven questions above. Write anything, even seemingly unimportant ones.</p>
<p>&nbsp;2. Encircle 5 to 7 items that interests you the most.</p>
<p>&nbsp;3. Then evaluate and choose with your heart the one and only thing that is worthy to spend all your time and resources with. The choice you make should be something that makes you a better person.</p>
<p>Other than the exercise above, you could also ask your close friends and relatives about their personal dreams. You could also read books and surf the net to help you in your search.</p>
<p>Use your heart. Other people may disagree with you, but you should be firm with what you really want. Others may give comments or advice but you have to make the final decision. You should concentrate on what you want, not on what others want for you.</p>
<p>Then you have to constantly visualize and affirm your desires.</p>
<p>If you want to be a lawyer, visualize as one. Act like one. Think of what suit you&rsquo;re wearing, the judge you&rsquo;re convincing, the case you&#8217;re handling, and the courtroom you&rsquo;re in. Visualize the evidences. Smell the victory. Make everything real.</p>
<p>Believe that you are what you are visualizing. So you want to be a lawyer? Tell yourself, &#8216;I&#8217;m the best lawyer in the world.&#8217; Don&#8217;t say to yourself, &#8216;I will be the best lawyer in the world.&#8217;</p>
<p>Affirm strongly. Say &#8216;I am,&#8217; not &#8216;I will,&#8217; because &#8216;I will&#8217; suggests something that will occur only in the future. You must experience it in the NOW, not in the future.</p>
<p>You must sink into your subconscious your deepest desire. The subconscious mind can do what the conscious mind cannot.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s an exercise.</p>
<p>1. Find a quiet and comfortable place to rest.</p>
<p>2. Relax your whole body. Command every part of your body to relax starting from your feet up to your head.</p>
<p>3. Count back slowly from 20 to 1, where in each count you relax deeper &amp; deeper. Upon reaching 1, you are completely relaxed.</p>
<p>4. Now affirm your deepest desire. If you want to be a lawyer, say,&#8217; I am the greatest lawyer in the world.&#8217; As you&#8217;re saying that, picture yourself to be the best lawyer ever, winning every case you&#8217;ve come across. You may say &#8216;I am now explaining to the jury my winning proposition&#8217; or anything that will affirm what you&#8217;re conceiving in your mind as of the moment.</p>
<p>5. After about 10 to 20 minutes of continuous confirmation and visualization, count slowly from 1 to 20. Upon counting, slowly be aware of your surroundings. Feel refreshed and invigorated after doing this exercise.</p>
<p>6. Repeat this exercise every day. You have jsut leanred a very powerful technique to greatly enhance the power of visualization and affirmation &#8211; embedding it into the subconscious. What once is nearly impossible to achieve will become easier to reach from now on.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t go sleeping tonight without making a final decision on WHAT YOU REALLY WANT IN LIFE MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE. Then every day, visualize and affirm.</p>

<p>What you need to do is to create your own winning environment. Take a closer look &#8212; if you&#8217;re afraid to lose, it&#8217;s probably not your fault because you&#8217;ve been taught that way from others and the environment unconsciously.</p>
<p>Money doesn&#8217;t grow on trees? Assume that they do. A tree needs water, sunlight and fertilizer to grow. If you want to grow your money, you also have to give it a suitable environment.</p>
<p>The first thing you need to do is to avoid conversation with the people in your life who are negative financially. Hang around with people who are driven to make more money for themselves and not those who are just able to balance their income and expenses each month based on their pay check.</p>
<p>You might also want to consider getting yourself educated about money. That is the key. Maybe you can learn about investing or take up a part time business like multi level marketing, home business or internet marketing. If investment is not a topic for you, look around your own environment to see if there are other ways you can make additional income. Maybe investing in real estates can be your cup of tea. Then you&#8217;ll experience the journey and cherish your experience &#8212; the good and bad because at end of the day, they&#8217;re all good. The bad will make you wiser and move you closer to success while the good ones, they&#8217;re just good. (smile)</p>

<p>At some time in our life we are bound to be plagued by worry. Sometimes we may find ourselves churning over and over some unpleasant past event or thinking about a concern of what might happen. It is impossible to change what has already happened and worrying about what might happen is unproductive and draining. Two common phrases recur with this type of thinking and they are &ldquo;What if?&rdquo; and &ldquo;If only&hellip;&rdquo;&nbsp; Well we can&#8217;t change the &ldquo;if only&rdquo; because what has happened is past and nothing can undo that. And worrying about &ldquo;what if&rdquo; only wastes our time and energy. It is better to focus on what you do want rather than fearing the worst.</p>
<p>&lt;a href=&#8221;http://www.worryandanxiety.com/&#8221;&gt;Worry and anxiety&lt;/a&gt; are not to our benefit and can in fact be damaging to our health and lead to depression.</p>
<p>Worry can plague anybody at any stage in their life. Sometimes if we are overwhelmed by a multitude of problems our mind will automatically go searching for solutions or ways through the challenges. Our brains are skilled at remembering past events and creating images of possibilities in the future.</p>
<p>If we do not know how to escape from the spiral of worry it can be quite distressing. Your body releases the stress hormone cortisol which ultimately can have a very deleterious effect on both the mental and physical health. Our bodies are prepared to face danger or escape from the situation.</p>

We have almost come to the stage  where we feel it less stressful to interact more&nbsp; through&nbsp; our computers than with real  relationships. The constant need for instantaneous answers&nbsp; to our querries&nbsp; and demands&nbsp; means that we are gradually&nbsp; loosing the  know how to successfully&nbsp; relate&nbsp; with our significant other.</p>
<p>After a  hard&nbsp; day at work or&nbsp;when you have finished&nbsp;looking after  the children&nbsp;the greatest  present you can&nbsp; give to the one&nbsp; you love is to listen,  that is&nbsp; correct I did write&nbsp;listen! Get time for the two of you  to have&nbsp; &nbsp;a few moments&nbsp;&nbsp; &ldquo;us&rsquo; time, try starting&nbsp; with a&nbsp;straightforward question make it&nbsp; simple&nbsp; for example&nbsp; &ldquo;What was the best thing about your day?&rdquo; it will  allow&nbsp; your partner the opportunity&nbsp; to be frank about their day, in contrast to the every day &ldquo;how was your day?&rdquo; to which the reply can&nbsp; be a one word answer  &#8211; &ldquo;Good&rdquo;. In order  that you can be&nbsp; an attentive listener you should&nbsp;&nbsp;ask&nbsp;open ended&nbsp; questions that  are unable to&nbsp; be answered&nbsp;with a single  word. Takes practice  but the benefits&nbsp; to your relationship are immense.&nbsp;</p>
